We are a consultancy law firm, deploying the experience, skill, and intellectual capital of senior business lawyers attracted from top London law firms. Intelligently agile in how we work, we deliver practical, innovative solutions. We bring experience and a track record of achievement and offer the opportunity to connect with senior lawyers on a more flexible, personalised basis

Our lawyers advise and assist business clients – companies both publicly listed and private owner-managed, from start-up to FTSE 250 – partnerships – joint ventures – trustees- institutions - high net worth individuals and family offices - on all aspects of their legal and regulatory requirements including raising finance (publicly and privately), IPOs, sales and acquisitions, joint ventures and co-operation agreements.

We further advise corporate clients and individuals on their rights and obligations in the workplace. In an increasingly complex legal and regulatory environment our lawyers provide clear and practical advice on the full range of employment law including grievance and disciplinary management, employee reorganisation, TUPE, discrimination and whistle-blowing in contentious and non-contentious settings.

A purpose-built consultancy based law firm supported by Punter Southall, a highly respected, privately owned, specialist advisory group with thirty years’ experience in financial services, investment consulting, wealth and asset management and all aspects of actuarial and pension scheme administration.

Consistently changing and adapting its portfolio of companies and services to better meet client’s needs, it was uniquely placed to recognise the opportunity to add a consultancy law firm and harness the intellectual capital of senior lawyers looking to change their way of servicing their clients, free from the restrictions of the traditional law firm model, but with the benefits of being within a respected, long established business.
