Not only has the idea of the office as the centre of many an organisation been turned on its head with the, in many cases, forced advent of flexible working, but how will the concept of Hybrid Working pan out in practice?

What impact will it have on your key people, teams and employees in general? We look at what you need to do to manage this technological, performance and morale-maintaining challenge as the sense of where we work, geographically, physically and virtually comes under intense pressure.
