Keeping up with pension progression – a look at how pension scheme consolidation is driving improvements

Stuart has over 11 years of experience in the pensions industry. For the past six years, Stuart has worked as a DC Consultant, focusing on a mix of corporate and trust-based clients, with a focus on assisting with meeting governance requirements and ensuring pension arrangements are meeting client and member needs. His experience covers defined benefit, defined contribution and hybrid arrangements. Stuart joined Punter Southall Aspire in mid-2017. Stuart has experience with Trust, Contract and Master Trust arrangement with a particular focus on Regulatory compliance.

As Corporate Relationship Manager for The People’s Pension, Matt is responsible for managing the central relationships with many of the UK’s leading employee benefit firms, promoting our proposition.  He also presents to employers and trustees, highlighting the benefits of moving to The People’s Pension.

Matt has over 14 years’ experience in workplace pensions, and is an active member of the Chartered insurance institute (Cii).

Steve joined SEI in 2017 as SEI’s Defined Contribution and Solutions Managing Director for EMEA and Asia. In his role, he is responsible for building upon the ongoing success of SEI’s US and UK DC proposition across global markets.

Steve has over 30 years’ experience in the pensions industry, with particular expertise in defined contribution plans. He joined SEI from Vanguard Asset Management, where he was the Defined Contribution Manager for Europe. Prior to Vanguard, Steve spent 15 years consulting with some of the largest DC clients in the UK whilst working at Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson), Punter Southall and Mercer.
