    Steve Butler

    Steve is a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. He gained his Master’s in Business Administration from Southampton, Solent University and is currently researching for his Doctorate in Business Administration at Winchester University, Centre for Responsible Management. He is a regular writer and speaker on intergenerational working, retirement and older worker business management issues and is passionate about integrating simplicity, flexibility and innovation into well designed investment and savings solutions that clients understand, value and engage with.

    Michelle Last

    Punter Southall Law | Partner

    Michelle is a Partner at Punter Southall Law. She is a highly skilled and well-regarded employment lawyer and has an outstanding reputation with peers and clients alike and is ranked in Legal 500 for employment. Her expert views are regularly sought by the press and legal journals including The Times, Financial Times, Employment Law Journal, CIPD and The Lawyer. She has also featured on BBC Radio to speak on employment law issues including termination of employment, employment implications of COVID-19 and employer liability.

    Michelle’s practice covers all aspects of employment law but she has developed a particular focus on advising on exits, employment status, recruitment regulations, whistle-blowing, discrimination, restrictive covenants and confidentiality provisions. Michelle works closely with clients to deliver practical solutions in both contentious and non-contentious matters.

    Caroline Gaines

    Caroline has over 20 years industry experience and has spent the last 15 years specialising in employee benefits and workplace pension consulting.  Having clients in a variety of sectors Caroline believes in building trusted long-term relationships through developing a deep understanding of their culture, their aims both short- and longer-term, and their employee profile.  She strives to deliver pragmatic consultancy solutions and believes in having straight-forward, honest conversations.  
     
    Caroline is passionate about financial education in the workplace and leads our communications working group, helping to continually enhance the material we make available for employers and their employees.

    Jo has worked in the Health & Protection industry for 18 years and is a Senior Consultant within our team, specialising in Group Risk benefits ( Group Life Assurance, Income Protection and Critical Illness). 

    Jo enjoys working with clients to focus on benefit spend and strategy and has a pragmatic approach to benefit design. Jo recognises the importance of delivering great customer service and thrives on developing long term relationships with her clients.

    Emma Snowden

    Punter Southall Aspire | Director, Health and Protection

    Emma has over 30 years' experience in the Health Insurance industry. She has worked in various roles during this time mainly for Health Insurers including Underwriting, Pricing, Corporate and Key Account Management looking after a variety of clients and intermediaries.

    6 years ago Emma changed role to an intermediary and using her many years of experience and market contacts has been providing consultative independent advice to a varied portfolio of clients in respect of Private Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Health Cash Plans and Employee Assistance Programmes.
