As our industry continues to adapt and change in the face of a range of both opportunities and pressures, the management of Punter Southall Wealth and the Board of Punter Southall have been considering how we might respond to this environment.
We concluded that the best future for Punter Southall Wealth and our clients lay in joining a larger business and, as such, we set out to identify a suitable firm. It has taken many months to establish the right partner, and we believe, that CGWM is the one that will be best suited to meet the needs of our clients, our colleagues and our introducers.

For now, nothing changes, as the transaction requires regulatory approval by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) before completion can take place and we expect that this will take some months to obtain.
