Punter Southall Aspire Chief Executive Steve Butler is in the running to be named CEO of the year in this year’s Inclusive Awards.

He was shortlisted from more than 1,000 nominations across all categories for the Inclusive Awards 2022. Together with CEO’s from companies including Unilever, TalkTalk and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, he was selected for his “remarkable hard work, passion, and devotion to the equality, diversity and inclusion agenda”.

Steve said: “Punter Southall Aspire has won diversity and inclusion awards before so it’s pleasing to see we’re in the running for more because we believe in making a difference. Good luck to everyone nominated. Their involvement demonstrates people and companies are striving to make the UK workplace more diverse and inclusive.”

As a corporate member of The Diversity Project, Steve adds his voice to this continuing effort to accelerate progress towards a more inclusive culture in the savings and investment sector. Punter Southall Aspire is also involved with The Money Charity and The Money and Pensions Service.

The employee benefits and chartered financial planning consultancy also created and launched National Pension Tracing Day, helping people track down pension pots they may have forgotten about after moving home or changing jobs.

Colleagues also run the By Your Side programme to discuss, assess and support better mental health in the workplace with resources, activities and events to help everyone gain better understanding and appreciation around this area. The company also holds silver status awarded by Investors in People.
