Aspire to Retire: a product of 'why?'

Johanna is the Director of Communications within Punter Southall Aspire, and an integral part of our Operating Committee. She is responsible for ensuring our business has a communications proposition that delivers client results, revenue and profit. She successfully manages our communications team and partners.

The Comms Team works with clients to understand their communication needs and deliver their communication strategies in a meaningful way that delivers results. Johanna led the development of a new proposition, Aspire to Retire, which has successfully launched and is achieving market-leading engagement results.

She was very proud to be nominated recently for a ‘Women in Pensions award’ and has since been shortlisted as a finalist.

Gavin has worked in financial services for twenty years, and first joined the Punter Southall Group in 2003. As Principal in our Guildford team, he manages a team of consultants and is responsible for a portfolio of clients, working with a broad range of employers covering areas such as scheme design and implementation, communication options and investment reviews.Gavin leads our governance group, overseeing the continual improvement of this central element of our proposition.In addition to a degree in English Literature and History, Gavin has a number of financial qualifications including the Financial Planning Certificate, pension specialist paper CF9 and the PMI’s Certificate in DC Governance.
