And we will guide you through the relevant stages. From preliminary estimates to provisional calculations based on data you have readily available, to full quantification analysis and reporting including chosen counterfactuals and interest assumptions.

To make it even more efficient, we have developed a bespoke application to coordinate all relevant sources, manage your contacts with us and document the process in preparation for disclosure.

By virtue of our role as quantification analysts, our focus is clear. We will measure what the product or service in question cost you and, with the guidance of your appointed experts, evaluate how much you have overpaid.

Compliance Verification

In response to the growing need to monitor defendant compliance - specifically in relation to data cases (e.g. breaches, unlawful cookie tracking) - Punter Southall Analytics offers a Compliance Verification service that is typically contracted alongside the ‘Data Correction’ (i.e. notification and rectification) of data subjects’ affected data.

This service brings together the skills and experience of the broader Punter Southall Group, notably digital forensics (a Group IT capability involving the collection, analysis and interpretation of large volumes of data from multiple sources) and regulatory oversight (a classic compliance function, supporting the Group’s FCA-regulated business activity).
