Our Selection Process
Stage one
Short-listed candidates will be invited to an interview with two of our senior actuarial staff, who are typically at Principal or Senior Consultant levels within our company.
Stage two
Successful candidates will be invited back to the second stage selection day. This includes the opportunity of meeting a number of our Principals and Senior Consultants informally, as well as further interviews, role play exercises and a company presentation.
Timescales
Typically, our first stage screening happens during the months of October and November, with final selection days being held in our offices in London during early December. We usually complete our process by Christmas.
