Emma Whitehouse

Punter Southall Principal Emma Whitehouse Emma has a degree in mathematics from Durham University. She qualified as an actuary in 1993, the year that she joined Punter Southall having trained with one of the large actuarial consultancy firms. Emma became a Principal of the firm and a member of the firm’s management group in 1996.

Throughout her career, Emma has been involved in all aspects of UK pensions consultancy and actuarial work in both final salary and money purchase arrangements. Emma has a particular interest and experience in the successful management and extensive communication exercise involved in switching from one arrangement to the other.

Within Punter Southall, Emma is part of the technical working group that has responsibility for our technical information database and for ensuring the firm is up to date with the latest pensions developments. She heads a combined actuarial and administration teams providing joint services to a number of clients.
