Punter Southall was set up in 1988 as a partnership with nine staff including the founding partners. We have now grown to a group employing around 500 staff.

We focus mainly on the provision of actuarial, consultancy and administrative services to occupational pension schemes and the related employers. We have also continued to benefit from significant new business growth both in response to tender requests and as a result of involvement in commercial transactions.

Consequently, new employees continue to be appointed at all levels to cater for this on-going expansion. In order to support this rapid growth, we place considerable emphasis on our continuous investment and development of our IT systems.
