Jonathan Punter, CEO of the Punter Southall Group, heads up our actuarial expert witness services team.  Our service may include the following steps when we work on behalf of a pursuer:

  • quantifying any loss often on a range of possible scenarios
  • assisting the legal team to understand the key issues
  • meeting with appointed Counsel
  • attending mediation between the parties
