Punter Southall’s Administration Business Tops Professional Pensions Administration Survey

PS Administration Limited (PSAL) was the highest ranked firm for the second time in three years.

The survey is conducted annually by Professional Pensions Magazine, based on interviews with a representative sample of 192 Trustees, pension scheme managers and administrators, and finance directors drawn from across the pensions industry.

All pension administrators were assessed against seven key criteria: data accuracy, flexibility, good customer service, reliability, technical support, technology and value for money.

Key findings from the survey show that PSAL:

  • was rated top in each of the seven areas being assessed.
  • had improved ratings on every area compared to the previous year
  • was rated as having “a good presence” or “being a market leader” by 62% of the respondents
  • seen as one of the five best known providers in the market
