Training for administrators tailored to your needs

  • We have a full workshop training program designed to equip administration staff with the tools to understand the procedures they need to follow in the post A-Day environment. This training can be tailored to your requirements taking into account, for example, the extent to which your scheme has adopted the discretionary legislation adopted by the Finance Acts (and the Pensions Act). It can be pitched at different levels of experience and particular competencies as required
  • Building on the success of our High Earners and Contributors Power Hour series, we have developed a half day workshop aimed at pensions managers, HR/reward managers with responsibility for pensions and senior administrators. It takes the high level analysis and drills down to the level of detail necessary to operate pension schemes under a reduced annual allowance

Hands on administration guides

  • These guides are for administrators covering specific topics (such as protections and members above the LTA; high earners and contributors – implementing the restriction of tax relief from April 2011; Divorce and trivial commutation) in as simple language as possible. These could be used to assist as part of your own internal training programs

Reviewing and advising on member communications
