Clare has been working in pensions and actuarial consultancy since 1994. She joined Punter Southall in 1997 and qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in 1999. She served for many years on our Taxation of Benefits Technical Sub-Committee, including chairing this Committee during the time of the A-Day tax changes.
