A total of 150 clients participated in our latest client feedback programme. 24 in-depth interviews were conducted in the latter part of 2010, followed by an online survey in January and February 2011.
We asked our clients to indicate their level of satisfaction with their overall relationship with Punter Southall, as well as to evaluate specific aspects of their service experience with individual practices.
Overall results
- 90% of clients expressed satisfaction with the overall relationship they have with Punter Southall, including some 61% who were ‘delighted’, ‘extremely satisfied’ or ‘very satisfied’ with our services.
- In each of the core practices (actuarial services, DB administration, DC consultancy, health and protection and our investment consultancy P-Solve), at least 85% of clients expressed satisfaction with the service provided.
- In each practice, at least 2 out of every 3 clients with experience of similar service providers say we are ‘better’ or ‘significantly better’ than the competition. In DB administration, and for investment consultancy (P-Solve), 3 in every 4 clients draw this favourable comparison.
